Shake and Strain starting in 2008 with 2 employees and can now boast with a staff compliment of over 100 casuals. We specialize in Event Management, Mobile Beverage Catering, Hospitality Staff & Training. We are level 4 B-BBEE accredited and tax compliant.  We pride ourselves in job creation.

EVENT MANAGEMENT

This is where our passion lies...full event management. Creating an unforgettable, flawless event for our clients. Our Director carries 10 years in the Event industry and over 15 years in the hospitality industry - we know what people want.

With perfect execution from setup to breakdown, we strive to bring you excellence. We have coordinated events, ranging from 20 to 4000 people. From office parties to big walks.

MOBILE BEVERAGE CATERING

Let us bring the bar to you. With our customized bar counters, we can setup a mobile beverage catering station anywhere. We can supply all operational equipment, glassware, stock, consumables and staff to make your event spectacular.

We setup custom beverage- & cocktail menu's. We can supply beverages on consumption, cash bars as well as corporate events.

HOSPITALITY STAFF TRAINING

Unfortunately in the hospitality industry, people have grown accustomed to poor service. At events and in restaurants.

Shake and Strain would like to raise the bar on hospitality staff.

We supply service training for waiters, bartenders, cocktail bartenders and promotional staff.

EVENT STAFFING

Whether you need registration staff or flaring cocktail bartenders, we can fulfill your staffing needs. Creating job opportunities for the youth of today, is top priority for us. We supply them with training and make sure they are acquainted with our level of service excellence.

Our staff list includes: Junior Events Managers, Bar Anchors, Bartenders, Cocktail Bartenders, Flair Tenders,Bar Assistants, Waiters, Scullery Staff, Hostesses, Promotional Staff, Event runners, Event setup & breakdown staff.
